Prague: t -4 days!

Only a few days now to my mate Tam’s stag night in Prague. Well, weekend really. It’s gonna be a bugger traipsing across to Glasgow airport and back. Especially when I return on the Monday night. At least I won’t have too much luggage, and Waverley is a short walk away. With any luck I won’t be too hungover either. This time I’m avoiding any beer in the hours leading up to the flight out. Last time was an excruciating wait!

I’ve had some T shirts printed but the design won’t be going up until after the stag Sorry Tam! I’m not sure if I’ll take my camera, but there may be a blog disclaimer coming. Still, I should have plenty of material for the Best man’s speech if last time was anything to go by!

I’ve playing World of Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos on the PC (probably playing it a bit too much really – what the hell happened to the weekend?). It’s great but I wish that you could have larger numbers of units. It’s oddly unsatisfying like that. Also I HATE it when you have crap timed scenario, i.e. defend this town for 30 minutes with little more than a toothpick. Well, you get the idea – especially if the campaign goes straight into another battle “a few hours later”. You’ve spent all that time fortifying your position for nothing. That said, it’s fun. The Frost Wyrms are cool, if you’ll pardon the pun.

I’ve also found Blade: the series on Monday at 10pm on Bravo. It’s seems Ok and isn’t too bad by the looks of things. Hopefully it won’t end up being some kind of Martial Law with fangs. Just wish that there were subtitles!
